Brief Description of White Faced Whistling Duck: In the White Faced Whistling family, males are usually smaller than females. The name white-faced whistling duck comes from the bird’s white faced and it’s three note whistle.  These ducks are primarily night feeders, their mainstay  diet is vegetation such as grass, seeds, rice, and aquatic invertebrates.
