Brief Description of Wall-eyed Pug: The Pug Dog was once kept by Tibetan Monks and they were much favoured in the Chinese royal court. In 1860 the Pugs were brought to England along with the Pekinese dogs. The Dutch called the Pugs "Mopshond" referring to their grumbling noise. In Germany the Pugs are known as Mops, and Carlin in France.
