Brief Description of  Metropolitan Wharf that is part of a group of wharves then called Canary Wharf. Not long ago, there used to be a long stretch  of buildings just like this one on the river bank. New buildings of high rise block of flats or offices with colourful paintings are taking the place of the old. A cruise down river Thames towards Greenwich gives you an in-depth  sight of these exotic edifice.
