Greenwich Power Station Picture
Brief Description of Greenwich Power Station as shown in photograph above! Greenwich is located in Lots Road on the Thames riverbank not far away from Greenwich Pier and Greenwich Observatory Laboratories! Greenwich itself was quite popular with King Henry VII! It is on record that the Greenwich Light and Power Station was built in two phases between the years of 1902 and 1910 by architect Sir Giles Gilbert Scott! Greenwich Power Station is still in use today as a backup electricity source for the London Underground Transport tube trains!
