Brief Description of Big Wheel Bicycle: Boneshaker refers to the very first type of true bicycle with pedals which was made of wrought iron frame with wooden wheels that surrounded by iron tires. This type bicycle was invented in 1863 and remained in Production from 1867 until 1869. It was replaced in 1870 with a new type bicycle known as high wheel, or penny farthing, also known as the Big Wheel Bicycle.
